Refund & Return Policy

Motiv8Shop offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

• The item is defective

• The item is damaged

• The wrong item was delivered

To request a return, email support@motiv8shop.com with your order number and evidence (photos if applicable).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is inspected. Processing time may take 5–10 business days.

Returns are not accepted for misuse, normal wear, or change of mind.
